As the sun sets over Mt Ruapehu, Freddie's Tasting Lounge transforms into an intimate alpine dining destination. Held on select Friday evenings throughout the winter season, Fork & and Flame is an exclusive degustation experience celebrating the flavours of Aotearoa, from ocean to summit.

Settle into the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Turoa's mountain restaurant and indulge in a carefully curated six-course shared dining experience, showcasing the very best of New Zealand produce and cuisine.

After dinner, step outside beneath the clear alpine skies of Mt Ruapehu to enjoy spectacular stargazing before returning to the comfort of the lounge. With return transport included, all you need to do is relax and savour the evening.
